OUR VISION

To be a recognised Further Education and Training College which offers training of the highest quality and produces graduates who are recognised to be excellent.

OUR MISSION

To develop and deliver affordable and accessible training programmes of the highest quality from basic skills to pre-tertiary level for all members of the community by providing a well managed and equipped education centre that will:

1. provide residential facilities for learners thus ensuring access to all courses and services available to the people of KwaZulu-Natal and other provinces if necessary;

2. co-initiate and develop competencies for community-driven, competency building and income generating enterprises emanating from training;

3. develop the competency in practitioners to promote an awareness for the support of young children in the community in education and health issues;

4. ensure that all learning programme's meet accreditation criteria thereby ensuring value to both learners and sponsors;

5. maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in our staff;

6. create a greater awareness of the direct values of the institution to donors and learners through effective marketing;

7. network and cooperate with national and international organisations with aims and objectives similar to our own;

8. promote ethical standards.
