Beginners’ Cooking and CateringThis 10-day course is suitable for learners who have no experience in cooking and catering and would like to open their own businesses or work at a restaurant. Learners are taught preparation and cooking methods for various vegetable, fish and meat dishes as well as a variety of biscuits, cakes, and pastries. Kitchen hygiene, safety procedure, waitressing, and table setting are included in the course. |
